Your Proof Collection will be posted on the Photos by Sarah website usually within 7 days of your session.  You may View, Purchase, Share with family, and even print your gallery on your home printer. These options should assist you in making your purchase selections.  After your session you will receive an  E-mail that will include your secure password to your proof collection.  If you did not receive this message be sure to contact Sarah. 616-291-2533.

Purchase Images

From the individual image screen you may make your purchase selection. Just enter the quantity of prints in the selection box corresponding to the print size you desire. You may order multiple image sizes from this one screen. Also be sure to select the format you desire. Black and White or Color.  You may also begin a package purchase from this screen. Return to shopping by selecting the Gallery link at the top of the page.  The Check-out process requires that the first time you purchase online you provide the information requested. The login and password you choose during check-out is different than the password to access your Gallery.

 

Proof Collection Gallery Features

View and Transform Images

You may view your image in either Color or Black and White. Just click an image from the gallery to view the individual image screen. Then simply select the format button of your choice to transform the image appearance. You may also zoom in on images so you may better view those precious facial expressions.  At the bottom of the image in the individual image screen, select zoom to open the zoom tool window.

Personalized Photo Postcards

You can create personalized photo postcards of any image in your gallery with up to 200 characters of text. Every postcard recipient is given immediate access to the gallery, where he or she can browse/purchase images in the gallery. Do this by selecting any image from your gallery. Then select “Postcard” at the bottom of the image. Enter the required E-mail information and send access to your gallery to your friends and family

"My Favorites"

Customizable photo albums. You can create and save your own favorite photos from each gallery. Choose your favorite images and compare them side by side. The image compare tool lets you choose the best images just as you would if you were looking at actual prints.  Images are added to “My Favorites” By selecting the (+) under any image in the gallery or in the individual image screens.

 Secure Check-Qut

The Check-Out process allows you to pay by check or credit card (via PayPal), decide if you would like your purchases shipped or to pick them up.  You may even have your purchases sent to a secondary address. If your friends or family choose to purchase images they will have a unique check-out experience separate from your own account.

Every transaction is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and all credit card data is stored in an encrypted state,  you can be confident that your data is kept secure and private.
